This is not easy work yet, everyone I worked with always had time if I needed something, and they gave it with genuine positivity - which, in turn, I felt great about giving to them when needed. (This was something he tried to do with everyone in the company. ![]() It's not uncommon for the CEO to personally recognize your work, and tell you so - yes, he knows what you do there, and he knows your name after I was there a while, he made an appointment to come in, visit with me, see how I was settling in, and get to know a little about me personally. I would say work for, but when you're there, you are a valued part of the company, and that's shown throughout the organization. (The dream job included things outside of what SL does otherwise, I could have transitioned into something else at SL in my experience, internal mobility-both lateral and vertical-is encouraged and facilitated by management and admin.)
